Our collaboration started with a simple IG DM while we were searching forinspiring artists. Her unique candle aesthetics and dedication to craftsmanshipcaught our attention instantly. We knew she was someone we couldn’t miss.
Nathália had many innovative candle ideas but needed a reliable custom moldpartner — exactly where BN shines. So we connected, shared our visions, and thecreative journey began the moment her first AI-generated concept sketcharrived.
The Birth of Maria Nuvem
Nathália is an artist who speaks through materials and structures her world with emotion.
She founded Maria Nuvem not to produce candles, but to transform matter into poetry.
In her hands, wax becomes alive — melting, solidifying, and shifting like the emotional landscapes we move through.
“Maria” represents the everyday feminine figure: grounded, tender, resilient.
“Nuvem” (cloud) evokes the formless, the luminous, the ever-changing.
Together, they embody her artistic language — rooted in reality, yet capable of touching the soul.
Copo de Luz is inspired by the elegance and purity of the calla lily (known in Brazil as copo-de-leite). A symbol of beauty, grace, and renewal, its design embraces organic curves and the quiet poetry of botanical forms. With every line echoing the flower’s gentle movement, the piece turns candlelight into a soft, intimate, contemplative experience.
Dobraduros draws from the legacy of Brazilian artist Lygia Clark, especially her iconic Bichos series. Echoing Clark’s folding sculptures, the piece explores geometry, movement, and the delicate relationship.
Between object and observer. Translated into wax, these playful yet structural forms create a dialogue between shape, light, and interaction.

Entering her studio, you hear the rhythm of tools, smell the subtle scent of wax, and feel her reverence for daily rituals.
She often shares that her greatest challenge is “finding balance between creation and production.”
Yet she chooses to listen to the language of materials and begin from small gestures — and it is within this balance that inspiration slowly takes form.
