Features:

This cotton wick spool is specially designed for candles made using molds or dipping techniques. Made from 100% cotton, the wick supports clean burning across a variety of wax types. 

Available in multiple ply counts, suitable for candle diameters ranging from 1 cm to 10 cm. Each spool is 30 meters long, allowing you to cut the wick according to your specific needs.

How to Use:

1.  Measure your candle diameter and refer to the guide table to choose the right ply count.
2. Use a wicking needle to position the wick in the mold, then trim to the desired length.
3. Preheat the mold and pour the melted wax.
4. Top off if needed. Once fully cooled, demold your candle.

Storage:Keep in a dry environment.

Notes:

1. The wick ply directly affects how the candle burns. Choosing the correct ply is key to optimal burning performance.
2. Trim the wick to about 0.6 cm before lighting to control flame height and reduce smoke.
3. For irregularly shaped candles, use the average diameter to choose the appropriate wick.
4. For triangular or taper candles, trim the wick regularly during the initial burn to prevent carbon buildup.
5. Not suitable for container candles.
6. Wick size recommendations are based on our internal tests. Burning results may vary due to shape, wax type, or fragrance load. Please conduct a test before mass production.
