Hello, creative spirits! 🎨 Today, we're diving into the magical world of making your very own lamp using molds. It's an exciting journey that not only nurtures your inner artisan but also leaves you with a stunning piece of functional art. Ready to get your hands a little messy and a lot creative? Let’s roll up our sleeves and get started! 🚀

Materials & Tools Needed:

  • Support Shell
  • Main Body Molds 1, 2, and 3
  • Shape Keepers for Mold 1 & 2
  • Cover Mold
  • Clips
  • Anti-slip Mat
  • Touch Switch Accessory
  • Light Diffusing Sheet
6. Hot glue

Part One: Crafting the Lamp Body

Step 1: Setting Up
First things first, securely fix the support shell to Main Body Mold 1. Accuracy here is key for a seamless crafting experience!
Step 2: Snap and Secure 🔒

Next, align the clasps of Main Body Mold 3 with those on Main Body Mold 1. Cover with Shape Keeper for Mold 1 to lock everything in place.
Step 3: Flip and Align 🔄

Turn the setup upside down and align Main Body Mold 2 with Mold 1. Secure it by adding and fixing Shape Keeper for Mold 2 on top.
Step 4: Mixing Boowannite 🧪
In your mixer, blend the Boowannite powder and liquid to the right consistency, ensuring it’s smooth and bubble-free.
Step 5: Pour the Mixture 🌊

Carefully pour the mixture into the Cover Mold and the assembled main body molds. Keep a steady hand to prevent any spills.
Step 6: Set and Demold 🕒

Let the molds sit for about half an hour to allow the mixture to solidify. After the wait, gently unmold to reveal the shape of your new creation!
Step 7: Sanding 🛠️
Once unmolded, smooth out any rough edges with fine-grit sandpaper to perfect your lamp's surface. Now, it's sleek and ready for the next steps!

Part Two: Installing the Lamp Accessories

Step 1: Installing the Light Diffusing Sheet 💡

Grab your light diffusing sheet and place it inside the small opening of the lamp body. Secure it with some hot glue.
Step 2: Wiring Time 🔌

Feed the wires of the Touch Switch Accessory through another small opening, and secure the tiny metal piece to the light diffusing sheet with hot glue.
Step 3: Seal and Connect 🛠️

Flip the lamp. Pull the wire connected to the touch switch through a small hole at the bottom, seal the hole with glue.

And connect the wires as shown in the diagrams.

Hide any excess wire in another small hole and seal it off.
Step 4: Final Assembly 🎉

Finally, attach the anti-slip mat to the bottom of the lamp and adhere the lamp cover to finish off the assembly.
Congratulations! Your handmade lamp is now ready to light up your space and spark conversations. 🌈 Hope you had as much fun creating it as I did guiding you. Display your masterpiece in a prime spot, and let it shine your personal style brightly!
